Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Audit Assistant located in Delhi, India. The Audit Assistant will assist our audit team in executing and completing audit engagements of various clients from various industries. Daily tasks include examining and analyzing accounting and financial records, performing substantive and compliance testing, and verifying financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
CA, CA Inter, CA Dropout, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in audit, preferably in a public accounting firm.
Knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and auditing standards.
Strong analytical and technical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various levels internally and externally.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to adapt and learn new auditing techniques and tools.
Knowledge Required:
Income Tax, TDS, GST Compliances, Company Law, Tax Audit.
