Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission UPS, Inverters, Batteries
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure smooth functioning
- Diagnose technical issues and provide quick troubleshooting & repair solutions
- Handle on-site service visits and attend customer complaints promptly
- Conduct site inspections and support pre-installation requirements
- Coordinate with the sales team for technical support during demos and client discussions
- Maintain accurate records of service reports, installations, and maintenance logs
- Ensure proper testing, calibration, and system performance checks
- Follow safety standards and company protocols during service activities
- Guide customers on product usage, care, and basic troubleshooting
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical/electronic systems
- Problem-solving and fault diagnosis skills
- Basic understanding of wiring, circuits, and equipment handling
- Good communication skills to interact with customers
- Willingness to travel for field service
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service timelines
Preferred Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical or Electronics
- 1–3 years of experience in UPS/Inverter
- Freshers with technical knowledge can also apply
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
