We are a growing badminton academy focused on providing professional coaching, court management, and a great experience for players of all age groups. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist / Administrator to manage daily front-desk operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle front desk and greet students, parents, and visitors
- Manage court bookings and coaching schedules
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and enquiries
- Maintain attendance records and fee collections
- Coordinate with coaches and academy management
- Handle admissions and membership registrations
- Maintain basic accounts, invoices, and receipts
- Manage stock of shuttlecocks, merchandise, and academy supplies
- Keep records updated in Excel/Google Sheets/software
- Ensure smooth day-to-day academy operations
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, email)
- Organized and responsible personality
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Prior receptionist/admin experience preferred
- Interest in sports or badminton is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Ability to multitask
- Good phone etiquette
- Basic social media handling is an advantage
Working Hours
- 6 days a week
- Morning and evening shift flexibility preferred
