Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Ensure the safety of your class while in the water and on the pool deck.
● Assist Swimming teachers to make specific lesson plans
● Teach across ability members (children and adults) how to swim according to our signature curriculum
● Deliver engaging, enjoyable and progressive lessons following the Scheme of Work
● Assist Swimming teacher with Assessments and demonstrations in a class
● Complete Assessments, record Movers List and give both written and verbal Feedback
● Set-up and Clean-up your own swim zone
● Readiness to cover for teaching beginners (children & Adults)
● Readiness to train and cover for the team Lifeguard
● Develop basic knowledge of technology in order to operate our attendance and evaluation software program.
● Attend multiple trainings and in-services throughout the year to stay current
● Readiness for First Aid & Risk Identification Training in an aquatic environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,989.55 - ₹28,000.00 per month
