About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating visually engaging and user-centered digital experiences across various platforms. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design solutions that align with our brand identity and meet our business objectives. Work extremely closely with the team members, take inputs and use that knowledge for creative designing.
Location: Noida Sector 63
Timings: 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM
Responsibilities:
· Create digital posters, reels and short videos/films.
· A good content writer especially on healthcare sector.
· Coordinate with knowledge partners for content creation.
· Work with local influencers and promote services.
· Social media account handling and SEO management, monitor and assess the impact of marketing campaigns.
· Design innovative and engaging rural healthcare campaigns.
· Design activation programs at schools and colleges.
· A good team player and good at analysis.
Qualifications:
· Experience required maximum 2 to 3 Years.
· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Web Design, or a related field.
· A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital design skills and experience.
· Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
· Solid understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
· Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality designs.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
