Minimum exp for Nature of Work
1. Knowledge of manufacturing processes which applies on Sheet metal.
2. Basic knowledge of Tool design and development
3. Knowledge of Manufacturing and Engineering BOM
4. Knowledge of Drawing reading/understanding
5. Basic Knowledge of Welding processes and applicable Standards
6. Basic Knowledge of Mechanical Joining processes and applicable Standards
7. Basic Knowledge of Surface Preparation Processes and applicable Standards
8. Knowledge of 3D modelling Software, preferably Solid Edge
9. Knowledge of 2D Drafting Software, preferably AutoCAD
10. Can able to manage customer and internal communication
Job Profile / Responsibility
1. Responsible for status update to Tool Designer and NPD Head
2. Responsible for Feasibility study of new products as per capacity
3. Responsible for 3D modelling of Jigs, Fixtures, equipment and Products
4. Responsible for 2D drafting of Jigs, Fixtures, equipment and Products.
5. Responsible for DXF generation of Jigs, Fixtures, equipment and Products
6. Responsible to data management for products and tooling
7. Responsible for PDF editing work related to product development.
8. Responsible for management of ECR/ECN internally and externally
