- Develop and implement procurement strategies for all categories.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, engineering spares and capital goods.
- Prepare annual procurement plans based on production forecasts.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities through strategic sourcing.
- Ensure procurement aligns with production schedules.
- Identify, evaluate and develop new domestic and international suppliers.
- Conduct supplier qualification and performance evaluation.
- Maintain approved vendor database.
- Negotiate commercial terms including.
- Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers.
- Finalize Annual Rate Contracts (ARC).
- Review quotations and comparative statements.
- Negotiate freight, insurance and logistics costs.
- Improve working capital through better credit terms.
- Review Purchase Requisitions from all departments.
- Ensure timely issue of Purchase Orders.
- Monitor pending Purchase Orders.
- Expedite delayed supplies.
- Coordinate with Stores, Quality and Production.
- Review procurement MIS regularly.
- Lead the Purchase & Commercial team.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
