Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute the company's digital marketing activities. The role involves planning and implementing online marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, improving website visibility, generating quality leads, and enhancing the company's online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
· Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
· Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
· Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data.
Social Media Management
· Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
· Manage daily social media activities, including responding to comments and messages.
· Increase audience engagement and grow followers organically.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
· Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
· Improve website rankings on search engines.
· Monitor website performance and suggest SEO improvements.
Paid Advertising
· Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
· Optimize campaigns to improve Return on Investment (ROI) and reduce Cost per Lead (CPL).
Content Marketing
· Coordinate the creation of blogs, website content, brochures, banners, videos, and promotional materials.
· Ensure all digital content aligns with the company's branding guidelines.
Website Management
· Update website content, images, and landing pages as required.
· Coordinate with web developers to resolve website issues and improve user experience.
Email Marketing
· Create and execute email marketing campaigns.
· Maintain customer databases and monitor campaign performance.
Analytics & Reporting
· Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
· Prepare weekly and monthly reports on digital marketing performance.
· Monitor key metrics such as website traffic, conversions, lead generation, and engagement.
Market Research
· Analyze competitor activities, digital trends, and customer behavior.
· Recommend new digital marketing opportunities to improve business growth.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
· Freshers with relevant certifications and practical project experience may also be considered.

Working Conditions

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
