Customer Relationship Executive
Location: On-site | Type: Full-Time | CTC: ₹1.8L – ₹2.4L p.a.
Role: Be the primary point of contact for customers — handling queries, resolving complaints, building relationships, and ensuring satisfaction across phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
Qualification:
- Any Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized university
- Freshers encouraged to apply (0–2 years experience)
- Candidates from BFSI, Retail, Telecom, or Healthcare background preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions
- Resolve queries and complaints efficiently
- Maintain CRM records and prepare activity reports
- Cross-sell/upsell products when appropriate
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service
