Summer Intern – Operations & Account Support (Restaurant Consulting)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to support our Restaurant Consulting team in managing backend operations for multiple restaurant brands across food delivery platforms.
This role focuses on operational support, data management, menu maintenance, and performance tracking to ensure smooth execution and account growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers with day-to-day operational tasks for restaurant accounts.
- Maintain and update data from Food Delivery dashboards in Spreadsheets and Excel trackers.
- Assist with menu hygiene, including:
- Category corrections
- Item description updates
- Image updates
- Menu organization and optimization
- Help prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Assist with menu engineering and menu optimization based on current market trends.
- Conduct data audits and ensure accuracy across dashboards and internal trackers.
- Provide backend support for reporting, account management, and operational activities.
Requirements
- Graduate or Final-Year Student (Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related fields preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Excel and Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Interest in the food-tech, restaurant, or hospitality industry
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
