About the Role
BrandBook is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline progress.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Target-achievement mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
