ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a high-caliber Relationship Manager to represent our premium brand at the frontline. You will lead a retail sales team, build lasting relationships with discerning clientele, and uphold the highest standards of brand experience — all without any sales targets or variable pay pressure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive retail sales performance and business growth across assigned stores or territories.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Associates — setting clear expectations, reviewing performance, and conducting regular coaching sessions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNI and loyal clientele through personalized engagement and after-sales follow-up.
- Deliver a world-class in-store experience aligned with premium brand standards.
- Analyze sales data, footfall trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and address service gaps proactively.
- Manage CRM tools to track customer history, preferences, and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with the visual merchandising team to ensure brand-consistent store displays.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, grooming standards, and brand guidelines at all touchpoints.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members in coordination with HR.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–10 years of retail sales experience, with minimum 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
- Prior exposure to premium, luxury, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — fluent with HNI clients and senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software, POS systems, and basic MS Office tools.
- Age between 30–35 years preferred.
