Secura Developers Private Limited is seeking a results-driven Sales Head to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and achieve business objectives across our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in residential and commercial real estate, with a proven ability to build high-performing teams and deliver sales results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue across real estate projects.
- Set sales targets, pricing strategies, and market penetration plans.
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Revenue Generation & Business Development
- Drive project sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Identify new customer segments, investor networks, and business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with investors, corporate clients, and key customers.
Channel Partner Management
- Strengthen relationships with channel partners, brokers, and referral networks.
- Execute partner engagement programs to improve lead generation and conversions.
- Ensure strong market visibility and partner satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Foster a culture of accountability and customer focus.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Oversee negotiations, deal closures, and retention initiatives.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in large-scale real estate projects.
- Experience in residential projects, apartments, villas, gated communities, and commercial developments.
- Strong exposure to project launches, sales planning, and customer acquisition.
- Experience in recruiting and managing sales teams.
- Strong network of channel partners, brokers, investors, and institutional clients.
- Good understanding of real estate market dynamics and pricing strategies.
- Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related field.
- Experience with reputed real estate developers.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics.
