Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payment Posting Executive with 1–3 years of experience in US healthcare RCM processes. The candidate will be responsible for accurate posting of payments, adjustments, and reconciliation of EOBs/ERAs while ensuring compliance with client and payer guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Post payments and adjustments accurately from EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and ERAs
Handle insurance and patient payments across multiple payers
Identify and report underpayments, overpayments, and posting discrepancies
Reconcile daily deposits and payment batches
Work on denial identification related to payment posting errors
Maintain productivity and quality standards as per SLA
Coordinate with AR, coding, and billing teams for clarification when required
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client-specific guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Payment Posting (US Healthcare)
Strong knowledge of EOBs, ERAs, CPT, ICD, modifiers, and adjustments
Familiarity with major US payers (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
Good understanding of RCM end-to-end process
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of medical billing software / practice management systems
Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in high-volume payment posting
Exposure to multiple specialties
Ability to meet tight TATs and productivity benchmarks
Educational Qualification
Any graduate (preferred)

Responsible for Analyzing both insurance and patient follow-ups
Work on Rejections, Denials and outstanding AR/Aging
Call and speak with insurances for following up on unpaid or denied claims

Detail-oriented and possess exceptional analytical skills.
Experience in working on Rejections, Denials and outstanding AR/Aging
Ability to analyse claim thoroughly and take needed correction action for claims payments
Ability to check claim status from various insurance portals
Ability to independently analyse and resolve denials
