Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Handling:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Address client queries, concerns, and escalations efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and expectations
- Internal & External Communication:
- Manage and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
- Conduct and coordinate internal and external calls effectively.
- Ensure smooth communication flow between departments and external stakeholders.
- Draft and review reports, presentations, and official communications.
- Operational Support:
- Assist in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain documentation and records related to client interactions and team performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client handling and team management roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
