K M & N Media LLP is looking for an efficient and creative person for the role of video editor. The Job description as follows:
Video Editing
- Edit videos from scratch using raw, stock, or self-sourced assets
- Construct clear visual narratives without scripts or storyboards
- Execute precise cuts, pacing, timing, and flow
- Maintain professional visual consistency throughout each project
Audio & Visual Quality
- Clean, balance, and mix audio (voice, music, SFX)
- Perform color correction and basic grading
- Ensure clean transitions, proper framing, and visual clarity
- Deliver broadcast-quality exports
Motion & Text
- Create advanced text animations, lower thirds, and transitions
- Design readable, well-timed on-screen text
- Use motion intentionally, not decoratively
Creative Judgment
- Make independent editorial decisions
- Identify and fix weak pacing, unclear messaging, or visual clutter
- Self-review and refine edits before submission
File & Output Management
- Organize project files professionally
- Export videos correctly for multiple formats and platforms
- Maintain clean timelines and structured project folders
Requirements
Proficiency in professional editing software such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro
Strong understanding of:
- Video editing techniques and pacing
- Audio syncing, mixing, and cleanup
- Color correction and basic grading
- Motion graphics and text animation
- Export settings for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Reels, Ads, etc.)
Ability to work with:
- Raw footage
- Stock footage
- Licensed music and sound effects
- Multiple file formats and codecs
