Salary Range: as per industrial standard. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases. Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities. Support payroll processing by providing attendance and employee data. Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and events. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
