Job Title: HR Executive – Talent Acquisition
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support business hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in volume hiring, stakeholder management, and sourcing through multiple channels, with a strong understanding of BPO and customer support hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for voice, non-voice, customer support, sales, operations, and support functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, consultants, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding activities.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining recruitment quality and TAT.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Drive employee referral programs and alternate sourcing channels.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in BPO, BPM, Contact Center, Customer Support, or Shared Services industries.
- Experience in volume hiring and handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing expertise through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment MIS, Excel, and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Education
- Any Graduate
- MBA (HR) / PGDM preferred
CTC: ₹5 LPA – ₹7 LPA (₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month)
Experience: 2–6 Years
Industry Preference: BPO / BPM / Customer Support / Shared Services / Contact Center
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
