Job Summary
Medaac Edu Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to expand our business network and promote our educational services to schools, colleges, hospitals, healthcare institutions, corporate organizations, and other potential partners. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to generate business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
- Counsel students and parents regarding various educational programs and career opportunities.
- Generate and manage leads from different marketing sources.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate information and guidance.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested candidates.
- Update lead status and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and educational events as required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
