Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with UK-based SME clients through outbound sales calls
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Generate leads, quotations, and maintain CRM records efficiently
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate
- Strong understanding of cold calling and lead generation
- Target-oriented with good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience in International Voice Process / B2B Sales / US Staffing will be an added advantage
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply
