Muskhurahat Charitable Dental Clinic, run under the Baba Puran Singh Thind Medical Charitable Trust, provides quality dental care to underserved communities in Ludhiana at subsidized cost. The clinic operates in association with Thind Dental Clinic, an NABH-accredited multi-specialty dental practice established in 1994, ensuring that charitable care is delivered to the same standards of sterilization, safety, and clinical quality as private practice.
The Role
We are looking for a compassionate and clinically sound Dentist who believes dentistry is a service before it is a business. You will be the primary treating doctor at the charitable clinic, handling day-to-day patient care and representing the Trust at community dental camps.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine, diagnose, and treat patients: restorations, extractions, scaling, RCT (if trained), and preventive care
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow NABH-aligned sterilization and infection-control protocols
- Counsel patients on oral hygiene and preventive care in Hindi/Punjabi
- Participate in community and corporate dental camps organized by the Trust
- Refer complex cases appropriately to the parent clinic's specialists
- Uphold the dignity and comfort of every patient, regardless of their ability to pay
Requirements
- BDS / MDS from a DCI-recognized institution with valid State Dental Council registration
- 0–3 years of clinical experience (fresh graduates with strong hands and the right attitude are welcome)
- Fluency Hindi; working English
- Genuine commitment to community service and patient-first care
