We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can generate new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new corporate leads through field visits, networking, LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
- Meet HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, and Purchase departments of companies.
- Promote our Corporate Gifting, Events, Digital Marketing, and Corporate Film services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Convert leads into long-term clients.
- Maintain CRM and daily sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B Corporate Sales preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
