Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential leads by clearly communicating the value proposition of IT solutions
- Schedule meetings and set appointments for senior sales team members
- Proactively follow up on leads and opportunities to drive engagement
- Conduct in-depth research on target markets, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Identify and evaluate potential customers and key decision-makers
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets in a performance-driven environment
- Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach and improve conversion
- Understand and effectively communicate the company’s IT solutions and offerings
Requirements
- 0–6 months of experience (freshers welcome)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
