Job Title: Graphic Designer (Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator)
Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka – On-site / Office
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Work Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Shift & Schedule: Monday to Saturday (1st, 3rd, & 5th Saturdays working; 2nd & 4th Saturdays mandatory off)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, highly creative Graphic Designer with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our team on a full-time, in-office basis in Jayanagar, Bengaluru.
In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing original visual content from scratch. You should be an independent thinker who can pitch new ideas and design assets for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and our corporate website while strictly following company brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Original Visual Concepts: Brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute original design concepts independently without heavy reliance on premade templates.
- Digital & Social Media Marketing: Design high-converting creative assets for social media platforms, website graphics, digital ads, email marketing campaigns, and promotional collateral.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs strictly adhere to company policies, visual identity, and brand guidelines.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Support the marketing and web development teams to deliver timely graphics for active campaigns.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience (Open to any gender).
- Software Skills: High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Core Competencies: Ability to think on your feet, solve design challenges independently, and manage daily turnarounds.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing original work in social media design, web assets, and marketing creatives is required.
- Availability: Must be able to join immediately or shorter notice period
