As the HR Manager, your responsibilities span from high-level strategy to meticulous operational execution:
- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment and manpower planning. Beyond sourcing, you will schedule interviews, identify "hustle-oriented" talent, and prepare professional offer and appointment letters.
- Strategic Onboarding & Induction: Design and execute a seamless onboarding journey to immerse new hires into the culture of Howrah’s first International BPO, ensuring they are productive from day one.
- Performance & Talent Management: Conduct systematic performance appraisals and KPI evaluations. You will coordinate training and development programs to bridge skill gaps and ensure the workforce remains a high-caliber asset.
- Employee Relations & Retention: Serve as the primary advocate for staff. You will manage employee relations, handle grievance coordination, resolve conflicts, and implement retention strategies to maintain our high-energy environment.
- Operations & Payroll Supervision: Supervise the daily management of attendance, leave, and compensation processes. You will maintain accurate HR databases and coordinate with finance to ensure seamless payroll integrity.
- Policy & Discipline: Develop and implement robust HR policies and procedures. You will be responsible for updating the employee handbook, handling disciplinary actions, and ensuring strict adherence to our code of conduct.
Statutory Compliance & Administrative Excellence
A critical component of this role is ensuring that 58AM Marketing Street Pvt Ltd operates at the highest standard of legal and administrative rigor.
1. Statutory & Labor Law Compliance
You will monitor and ensure full compliance with all relevant Indian labor legislations, including but not limited to:
- Social Security: EPF & MP Act, ESIC Act, and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
- Compensation: Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, and Minimum Wages Act.
- State Regulations: Professional Tax and the Shops & Establishment Act.
- Workplace Safety: POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Compliance and Factory Act requirements where applicable.
2. Data-Driven HR Management
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive HR reports, MIS data, and management summaries to track organizational health.
- Budgeting: Prepare and manage HR budgets to ensure cost-effective manpower planning and operational efficiency.
- Document Control: Maintain meticulous employee records and HR databases, ensuring 100% confidentiality and accuracy.
Primary Work Location : Kolkata or Howrah.
Standard Shift Timings12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Fixed Shift).
Operational DaysMonday to Friday (Alternative Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off).
