Role Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused BDS / MDS Dentist to join our clinic in Karimnagar. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing dental conditions, providing treatments, maintaining patient records, and ensuring excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine, diagnose, and treat dental conditions
- Perform procedures such as scaling, fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns, and dentures
- Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive dental care
- Maintain patient records, treatment plans, and follow-up schedules
- Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols
- Coordinate with dental assistants and front office staff
- Handle emergency dental cases when required
- For MDS candidates, perform advanced procedures based on specialization
- Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and ethical practice
Requirements:
- BDS / MDS degree from a recognized institution
- Valid dental registration/license
- 0–3 years of experience for BDS candidates
- Relevant specialty experience preferred for MDS candidates
- Strong communication and patient-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of dental software and treatment planning
Preferred Skills:
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Good clinical and diagnostic skills
- Strong focus on patient counseling and case conversion
- Experience in cosmetic dentistry, implants, orthodontics, endodontics, or oral surgery is an added advantage
- Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, or English preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
