We're looking for a QA/QC Engineer to join our engineering team. You will own quality across our software products — designing test strategies, building automation, and partnering closely with developers and product managers to catch issues before they reach customers. This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks like an end user, writes clean test code, and is comfortable owning quality end-to-end for a fast-moving product.
What You'll Do:
1. Design, write, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features and regression coverage.
2. Build and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, and integration) to reduce manual testing effort and speed up release cycles.
3. Execute manual testing where automation isn't practical, including exploratory and edge-case testing.
4. Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution, working closely with engineering to reproduce and root-cause issues.
5. Perform API, performance, and load testing as needed for critical services.
6. Continuously improve QA processes, tooling, and standards across the team.
What We're Looking For:
1. 2–5 years of experience in software QA/QC, in a manual and automation testing capacity.
2. Solid understanding of the software testing life cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies (Agile/Scrum experience preferred).
3. Experience testing REST APIs using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
4. Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to write clear, reproducible bug reports.
6.Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
