Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Head to lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and technology operations across multiple locations. The candidate should have strong expertise in integrating networks, applications, and business systems to ensure seamless connectivity, security, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure, networks, and systems across multiple locations.
- Lead integration of ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other business applications.
- Ensure data security, system availability, and business continuity.
- Oversee cloud services, servers, cybersecurity, and IT support.
- Develop and implement IT policies, processes, and technology strategies.
- Manage IT vendors, budgets, and technology projects.
- Lead and mentor the IT team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8–12 years of IT experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven experience in multi-location IT infrastructure and system integration.
- Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
