- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a hospital floor.
- Ensuring patient care standards are consistently met.
- Coordinating with medical and administrative staff to facilitate patient care.
- Managing and supervising the nursing staff and other personnel on the floor.
- Implementing policies and protocols to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Assisting in the management of patient care services and hospital resources.
- Addressing and resolving any issues related to patient care or staff performance.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a hospital.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and hospital procedures.
