Job Title: Site Supervisor
About the Role
VoltShakti Electricals is looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead end-to-end delivery of construction and electrical work at project sites. This role is central to on-ground execution — you'll be the primary point of coordination between the client, labour force, engineering teams, and procurement, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end construction and electrical work delivery at assigned project sites
- Manage project documentation, drawings, and site records to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Coordinate daily with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment on project expectations
- Supervise and coordinate on-site labour to ensure work quality, safety, and adherence to timelines
- Liaise with engineering teams to interpret drawings, resolve technical queries, and ensure work is executed as per design specifications
- Coordinate with other stakeholders (contractors, vendors, regulatory bodies) as required for smooth project execution
- Work closely with the procurement team to plan and coordinate material requirements, ensuring timely availability at site
- Track project progress, maintain daily/weekly reports, and flag risks or delays proactively
- Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets/Excel for material tracking, manpower logs, and progress reporting
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on site
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong stakeholder management and client management skills — able to communicate confidently and professionally with clients and cross-functional teams
- Solid project management capability — planning, tracking, and driving execution across multiple moving parts
- Experience in material procurement coordination and inventory tracking
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel for documentation, reporting, and data tracking
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site and manage physical execution of tasks, often in dynamic conditions
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Background in Electrical or Civil Engineering (degree/diploma preferred)
- Prior experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects
- Experience in electrical infrastructure projects (substations, transmission/distribution, solar, or similar)
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical/engineering drawings

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
