About The Repair Hub
The Repair Hub is India's leading luxury watch service and experience centre, specializing in the repair, restoration, authentication, and servicing of luxury timepieces. As we expand to Gurgaon, we're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Watch Technician to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform basic watch repairs, including battery replacement, strap changes, bracelet sizing, link adjustments, and clasp replacement.
* Inspect watches to identify minor issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Replace gaskets/seals, clean watch exteriors, and carry out routine maintenance.
* Handle customer watches with precision and care while maintaining the highest quality standards.
* Support senior watchmakers with servicing and repair tasks when required.
* Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workstation.
* Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and within the committed turnaround time.
* Follow The Repair Hub's quality standards and service procedures.
Requirements
* 2–3 years of hands-on experience in watch repair or servicing.
* Proficient in battery replacement, strap fitting, bracelet adjustments, and other basic watch repairs.
* Good understanding of quartz and mechanical watches.
* Skilled in using watch repair tools and equipment.
* Strong attention to detail, patience, and manual dexterity.
* Ability to maintain quality standards while working efficiently.
* Willing to complete 2–3 months of training at our GK-1 branch before joining the Gurgaon showroom.
Preferred
* Experience working with premium or luxury watch brands.
* Certification or vocational training in watch repair is an added advantage.
* Passion for horology and continuous learning.
