- Roles & Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain loan products and financial services.
- Generate leads and schedule customer follow-ups.
- Collect customer information and required documents.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
