Sales and customer service: Proven sales experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a customer-first approach. Soft skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, time management, and adaptability. Technical skills: Proficiency with retail software, POS and billing systems, and inventory management. Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as often required in retail. Education: While a high school diploma can be sufficient for entry-level roles, a strong knowledge of jewelry and experience are highly advantageous
