The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating quality lead sources within the assigned hotspot or branch circle through the creation of Silver Envoys. This role focuses exclusively on lead generation and business development activities and does not involve direct sales closures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: BBA / MBA (Sales & Marketing).
Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years of relevant sales experience.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for client interaction and follow-ups.
Lead Generation: Ability to independently source, qualify, and pursue leads.
Sales Skills: Understanding of sales processes, client handling, and estimation software.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined to work on-site or from the office consistently. Identify and create Silver Envoys within the assigned hotspot/branch circle
Generate a minimum of 18 Sales Qualified Leads.
Ensure Silver Envoys remain the primary and consistent source of lead generation
Share qualified leads on a daily basis with the Silver Envoy Manager at the Head Office
Maintain accurate records of leads and envoy creation activities
Job Role: The BDE’s primary responsibility is to generate lead sources from their hotspot/branch circle by creating Silver Envoys. They must generate a minimum of 18 leads (Sales Qualified Leads), with Silver Envoys being the primary source of leads.
Training:
The first 10 working days will be dedicated to BDE training and showroom visits. From the 11th working day onwards, they will begin outdoor visits for Silver Envoy creation and lead generation.
Target: The target starts in the second month: Generate 1 lead (Sales Qualified Lead) per day.
