Qualifications : B.A/M.A/Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, or a related field (e.g., Psychology/Sociology) with valid Teaching Certification such as NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), D.El.Ed, B.Ed etc or equivalent
Experience : Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in an early childhood setting (Pre-school, Kindergarten, or daycare).
The Pre Primary Mother Teacher's responsibilities includes
- Teaching children basic fundamentals like numbers, color, and shapes. They can teach these concepts one-on-one and in groups using techniques like games, storytelling, experimenting, art, music, and play.
- Teaching children in a safe and positive environment using a variety of educational techniques and help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
- Teaching concepts one-on-one and in groups, helping children build their social skills
- Preparing children for field trips by reviewing and rehearsing safety precautions, the buddy system, positive behavioral expectations, and emergency procedures.
- Monitoring children's progress and speaking to parents about their children's development.
