Senior .NET Technical Lead / Full Stack Platform Engineer
Experience
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET, C, and SQL Server.
- Strong experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications and platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable, high-performance applications and microservices-based solutions.
- Design, build, deploy, and support cloud-native applications running on Azure.
- Develop and optimize REST APIs, backend services, and distributed systems with a focus on reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
- Drive technical leadership activities including solution design, code reviews, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and mentoring engineering teams.
- Work closely with platform engineering, cloud engineering, and development teams to build and operate containerized workloads.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application and platform performance in production environments.
- Leverage AI-powered engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity and engineering efficiency.

Work Schedule
- Preferred work hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (minor flexibility is acceptable).
- Ability to collaborate with globally distributed teams and provide overlap with US Central Time is preferred but not mandatory.
