Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Computer Operator to support the day-to-day administrative and computer operations of a leading automobile showroom in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer records, vehicle inventory, sales documentation, and showroom data with accuracy and efficiency.
Freshers with strong computer knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer, vehicle, and sales records in the system.
- Perform accurate data entry for customer inquiries, bookings, sales, and deliveries.
- Update vehicle stock and inventory details.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain records related to vehicle registration, insurance, finance, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Finance, Service, and Administration teams.
- Update customer follow-ups in CRM/DMS software.
- Prepare reports and documentation using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Manage both digital and physical records.
- Support the sales team with quotations, invoices, delivery documents, and related paperwork.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely record management.
- Perform other administrative and computer-related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of computer operations and data entry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/DMS or dealership software is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Computer Applications will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good computer knowledge can also apply.
- Candidates with experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, Back Office Executive, or in an automobile dealership will be preferred.
Salary
- Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹18,000/month (Based on experience)
