Target Students: B.Com / CA Foundation / CA Intermediate / CA Final

What You Will Do
As a Senior Commerce Faculty, your role will encompass teaching, mentorship, curriculum development, and student performance management across B.Com and CA programmes:
- Deliver conceptually rich, application-oriented classroom and online sessions for B.Com degree students and CA Foundation, Intermediate, and Final aspirants
- Design and develop comprehensive study materials, chapter summaries, practical problem sets, case studies, and mock examination papers aligned with ICAI guidelines and university syllabi
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions, revision classes, and dedicated one-on-one support for students struggling with complex topics such as Financial Reporting, SFM, Advanced Auditing, Direct and Indirect Taxation, and Corporate Law
- Track individual student performance through periodic internal assessments, identify learning gaps early, and implement targeted academic interventions
- Collaborate with the academic planning team to keep course content current with the latest ICAI amendments, GST updates, Income Tax revisions, Companies Act changes, and University Board notifications
- Provide structured academic counselling and motivational support to students, especially during examination preparation cycles
- Guide students on career pathways beyond CA — including CMA, CFA, ACCA, MBA Finance, and government competitive examinations
- Participate actively in faculty development programmes, content review committees, and institutional academic strategy sessions
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a commerce faculty professional who combines exceptional subject mastery with a genuine passion for student outcomes. The ideal candidate:
- Holds a minimum of 10 years of dedicated teaching experience for B.Com students, CA aspirants, or both
- Is a qualified CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com or holds an equivalent professional or post-graduate qualification in commerce or finance
- Has a proven and verifiable track record of students clearing CA Foundation, Intermediate, or Final examinations in the first attempt, or securing university ranks in B.Com
- Possesses thorough, up-to-date knowledge of ICAI examination patterns, marking schemes, practical question formats, and subject-specific scoring strategies
- Has strong command over core commerce subjects including Financial Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, Taxation (Direct and Indirect), Financial Management, Strategic Financial Management, Auditing, Business Law, and Economics
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management capabilities — equally effective with small tutorial groups and large batches of 100 or more students
- Is proficient in teaching through both offline classroom delivery and digital modes including live online sessions and recorded video lectures
- Is a clear, confident communicator in Telugu and English, with the ability to break down complex regulatory and numerical concepts into student-friendly language
- Is currently based in Hyderabad or is prepared to relocate within the city immediately upon selection

Compensation Details
- Fixed CTC: Up to ₹24,00,000 per annum
- Performance bonus: Up to ₹2,00,000 per year based on student results and first-attempt clearance rates
- Annual increment: Merit and result-based

Final compensation will be determined during the interview process based on subject specialisation, demonstrated teaching experience, qualification level, and student result track record.
