Qualification Required
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in German, Foreign Languages, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Certification in German Language Proficiency (Goethe-Zertifikat, TestDaF, TELC, ÖSD, or equivalent) at B2/C1 level or above is preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience as a German Language Trainer/Faculty will be given preference.
- Freshers with excellent German language proficiency and teaching aptitude may also apply.
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated German Language Trainer to teach German language courses to students aspiring for higher education, career opportunities, and international placements. The trainer should be capable of delivering interactive sessions that develop students' proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing while preparing them for internationally recognized German language examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct German language classes for beginners and intermediate learners (A1, A2, B1, and B2 levels as required).
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Teach German grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Prepare students for internationally recognized German language certification examinations.
- Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor students' progress and maintain academic records.
- Encourage interactive learning through conversations, role plays, presentations, and language activities.
- Provide guidance on German culture, etiquette, and communication practices.
- Assist students in developing confidence for interviews, higher education, and workplace communication.
- Maintain attendance records and submit academic reports.
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support academic events, orientation programmes, workshops, and language-related activities.
- Undertake any additional academic or administrative responsibilities assigned by the Management.

- Excellent command of spoken and written German.
- Strong understanding of German grammar and language instruction.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students with diverse learning abilities.
- Strong classroom management and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online teaching platforms.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience teaching German language courses.
- Experience preparing students for Goethe, TELC, TestDaF, or ÖSD examinations.
- Knowledge of German culture and educational system.
- Ability to conduct both offline and online classes.
- Passion for teaching and student development.

Role Objective
The German Language Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality German language instruction that enables students to achieve language proficiency for academic, professional, and international career opportunities. The trainer is expected to create an engaging learning environment, support students throughout their language-learning journey, and contribute to the overall academic excellence of the institution.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
