Key Responsibilities
- Estimation & Tendering: Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs from drawings (BOQ), rate analysis, and technical bids for projects.
- Billing & Certification: Create, verify, and submit Client RA bills, subcontractor bills, and vendor invoices based on certified site measurements.
- Site Coordination & Measurements: Liaise with site engineers for Joint Measurement Records (JMR) to certify actual work done.
- Reconciliation: Perform material reconciliation (steel, cement) and cost analysis to ensure budget compliance.
- Contract Management: Maintain documentation of contracts, variations, extra items, and ensure compliance with tender conditions.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
