Student Counselor - Head is responsible for increasing student enrollments and enhancing the institution’s brand presence through offline marketing, institutional tie-ups, and on-ground promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offline marketing strategies to promote courses and training programs.
- Drive student admissions through school, college, and institutional partnerships.
- Organize and manage seminars, workshops, career guidance programs, open houses, and education fairs.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
- Develop and manage marketing collaterals such as brochures, banners, posters, standees, and print advertisements.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, consultants, and training partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Track inquiries, walk-ins, conversions, and admission performance from offline activities.
- Manage marketing budgets and coordinate with vendors (printers, event organizers, media agencies).
- Prepare periodic marketing and admissions performance reports for management.
