We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to support recruitment and HR operations. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, follow-ups, onboarding support, and maintaining recruitment records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and references
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Support onboarding and HR documentation
- Maintain recruitment tracker and employee records
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA HR preferred
- 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Good communication and coordination skills
- knowledge of MS Office and Excel and Portals
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
