- Perform blood grouping, Rh typing, antibody screening, and cross-matching procedures.
- Collect, process, label, and store blood and blood components according to established guidelines.
- Conduct routine and specialized immunohematology tests.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and inventory management of blood and blood products.
- Monitor blood bank equipment, refrigerators, freezers, and temperature logs.
- Maintain accurate records of blood collection, testing, storage, and transfusion activities.
- Verify donor eligibility and assist in donor screening procedures.
- Prepare blood components such as Packed Red Blood Cells (PRBC), Fresh Frozen Plasma (FFP), Platelets, and Cryoprecipitate.
- Investigate and report transfusion reactions as per departmental protocols.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
