We are a fast-growing interior fit-out and construction company delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects. We are looking for a dynamic Senior Civil Engineer who can take ownership of projects and drive execution excellence.
Role Overview
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for end-to-end execution of interior and civil projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency. You will lead site operations, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete site execution of interior fit-out and civil works
Ensure work is delivered as per drawings, BOQ & specifications
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants & vendors
Monitor project timelines, manpower & material planning
Conduct quality checks & site inspections
Handle contractor billing, BOQ verification & DPR reporting
Ensure cost control & material utilization efficiency
Maintain site safety standards & compliance
Key Skills Required
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works (joinery, ceiling, flooring, finishes)
Hands-on experience in civil construction & site management
Ability to read and execute technical drawings
Excellent team handling & vendor management skills
Strong problem-solving & decision-making ability
Qualifications
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience
8+ years of experience in construction projects
Software Skills
AutoCAD
MS Excel / MS Project
