Job Profile: Sr. Incharge
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Overall academic supervision and school administration
- Monitoring discipline, staff coordination, and daily school operations
- Guiding teachers and ensuring quality teaching-learning practices
- Managing timetables, examinations, and academic planning
- Coordinating with parents, management, and school staff
- Supporting admissions, events, and institutional development
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as PGT in a recognized school
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Administrator / HM / Incharge in a regular school
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of school administration and CBSE norms preferred
