Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer with 3 years of hands-on experience in construction site execution and supervision. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality standards, monitoring project progress, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
· Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
· Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
· Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.
· Verify measurements, prepare daily progress reports, and maintain site documentation.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the construction site.
· Inspect materials received at the site and ensure they meet project specifications.
· Identify and resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
· Coordinate with procurement and planning teams for timely availability of materials.
· Participate in project review meetings and provide regular progress updates.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in building or infrastructure construction projects.
· Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety practices.
· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.
· Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
