We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our offline presence by approaching cafés, restaurants, retail stores, supermarkets, and other potential business partners to introduce and promote our product range.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit cafés, restaurants, retail stores, supermarkets, wellness stores, and other potential outlets to pitch and sell company products.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new clients within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, café managers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits, pricing, and promotional schemes.
- Negotiate commercial terms and generate consistent orders and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain regular reporting of field activities, leads, and sales performance.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Minimum 2 years of experience in offline field sales, FMCG sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of handling field sales independently.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for business growth.
- Experience in dealing with cafés, food & beverage brands, retail stores, or wellness products will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
