Your Mission
You'll be the face, energy, and heartbeat of our community.
From welcoming a first-time visitor to planning unforgettable networking events, you'll help create a space people genuinely look forward to coming back to.
What You'll DoBuild an Amazing Community
- Welcome members and visitors with warmth and energy.
- Create an environment where people naturally connect.
- Introduce members with similar interests and businesses.
- Understand members' goals and help them make meaningful connections.
- Build relationships that go beyond check-ins and check-outs.
- Create a sense of belonging.
Own the Member Experience
- Make every new member's onboarding smooth and memorable.
- Be the first point of contact for member support.
- Resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
- Gather feedback and continuously improve the experience.
- Ensure members feel valued every day.
Keep the Space Running Smoothly
- Oversee day-to-day workspace operations.
- Manage meeting room schedules and bookings.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, internet, and vendors.
- Ensure every corner of the workspace is functional, welcoming, and ready for use.
- Manage office supplies, pantry, and operational inventory.
Drive Growth
- Conduct workspace tours for prospective members.
- Convert walk-ins and online inquiries into memberships.
- Follow up with leads and maintain the CRM.
- Build relationships with startups, founders, consultants, and local businesses.
- Support partnerships and referral programs.
Create Experiences
- Organize networking evenings, founder meetups, workshops, wellness sessions, game nights, and community activities.
- Celebrate festivals and milestones creatively.
- Build traditions that make people excited to return.
Tell Our Story
- Capture everyday moments, stories, and events.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for social media content.
- Share authentic stories from our community.
- Help grow our brand organically through experiences.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Handle member onboarding documentation.
- Generate invoices and coordinate payment follow-ups.
- Maintain occupancy records and membership databases.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
Who We're Looking For
Someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable, and naturally good with people.
- Highly organized and proactive.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about startups, entrepreneurship, and community building.
- A confident communicator in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
- Creative enough to bring fresh ideas to life.
- Ready to take ownership rather than wait for instructions.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in coworking, hospitality, events, customer success, cafés, hotels, or community management.
- Sales or business development experience.
- Social media content creation skills.
- Event planning experience.
- Startup ecosystem exposure.
