- Equipment Handling: Maintain specialized pharma machinery like granulation, compression, coating, blister packing, and capsule filling lines, as well as utility systems (HVAC, pumps, compressors, and reactors). [1, 2]
- Assembly and Alignment: Align rotating and static equipment, replace mechanical seals, bearings, valves, and pipelines using precision tools. [1, 2]
- Compliance and Safety: Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols. [1, 2]
- Documentation: Keep accurate logs of all maintenance tasks, part replacements, and equipment history.
