About Podium Systems
Podium Systems is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media design, branding, campaign creatives, and digital marketing assets while maintaining high-quality design standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Design
- Design engaging social media posts, banners, posters, and digital creatives.
- Create marketing materials for awareness and promotional campaigns.
- Design YouTube thumbnails, display ads, and other digital assets.
- Develop visually appealing creatives aligned with campaign objectives.
Branding & Quality
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Review, revise, and enhance creative designs based on feedback.
- Ensure all artwork meets quality and brand guidelines.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with content writers, social media, and marketing teams.
- Understand campaign objectives and deliver impactful visual solutions.
- Support cross-functional teams with creative requirements.
Project Management
- Deliver assigned projects within deadlines.
- Organize and maintain design files, assets, and project folders.
- Manage multiple creative assignments efficiently.
Innovation
- Stay updated with current design trends and industry best practices.
- Introduce fresh ideas and creative concepts for digital campaigns.
- Explore new tools and techniques to improve design quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and branding work.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience designing creatives for social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
- Ability to create high-quality digital marketing assets.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on campaign-based or social impact projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media trends.
